| The permanent preservation of the Miller House requires the formation of a $4MM initial endowment. This endowment will
provide the $200K annual income that will allow the facility to operate as an Historic House Museum. The building and
grounds can then be made available for visitation by students and tourists alike. Programs in architectural education, design
research as well as rotating exhibits and publications will also be supported by this founding endowment.
